"We live nearby and this is our second “Staycation” for an overnight. We were really impressed on our first stay. This time, there was a lot of energy as the hotel was packed with World Cup fans excited to attend the Portugal/Colombia match in Miami or watch it at the hotel. As such, it was much busier than previous which led to some difficulty finding chairs around the pool and getting the attention of waitstaff. Our room was nice-although it could use a little love. "This condo building was terrible! There are about 350 units and only 4 elevators. We spent half of our time waiting for the elevator. And once we were in the elevator, we were crammed in like sardines. This is a huge safety concern and we would surely all die if there was a fire in the building.
The pool and beach were incredibly crowded and we almost never got a seat. The building wi-fi did not work in the unit, and when I called and texted the host about this, they did not respond other...
