"Room was good and very clean had a issue with the window that wouldn't close correctly so had some road noise. Staff were bringing and couldn't do enough for you and made you feel very welcome food was brilliant and well cooked "

It was cold when I got there, it would have been nice if the heating could have been put on before arrival. The floor is freezing - bring slippers.
