"Only good thing about this place was the location. You would never see the staff. Its like you communicating with AI. Long long emails and replies. There is no on site office to go to for check in, check out or for quick info/help. No room service at all unless paid (a lot) extra. 100% not recommended for family or couple. Staff only work with good long long texts and emails. Absolute horrible way of correspondence for such vacation place. Location is good. It has only bunk beds. Worst part...

"The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. "Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there....

"Our ocean view 1‑bedroom suite at Kohea Kai far exceeded expectations. The photos don’t come close to capturing how beautiful and peaceful this place really is.
