"Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m....

The restaurant was delicious and had new things for us to try! The Lodge is nestled in the woods in Maryville, it was a great location that made you feel away when you were in the city."

"Great stay! An older motel-style property, but well maintained and VERY clean. Deluxe rooms have kitchenette with full sized fridge, 2 TVs, clean bathroom, and comfortable beds. As stated, very clean. Located close to many fast food chains, restaurants, and shopping. Well lit parking in front of rooms. For a small operation, they had an excellent, little breakfast -- real scrambled eggs, biscuits & white, meatless gravy, waffle station, fresh fruit, yogurt, instant oatmeal, coffee, juice, milk....

"Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. We didn’t get to this lodge until 5:45 am. I had spoken to ray and he had given me the door code for my room. When we arrived I opened the door at first glance everything looked fine. "We left at 0515, office was not open, pictures of room on expedia, was not the room i checked into, beds were clean, someone needs to scrub the bathtub, had a dirt ring. Not in a bad area, within walking distance to Walmart."

"On the second day the hottub got cloudy, slippery, and smelled like rotten fish. They made us pay for someone to come and change it. That was after days of calling and someone telling me they would be there the next day and never showing. The master tub jets shot out lots of mold when I turned them on so that was unusable as well. Overall it wasn’t a comfortable stay."
