"The room was clean looking from the start until you looked closer. Hair in the corners and a large stain on the comforter ( the was covered up but the top blanket) only to be seen the next morning) Coffee machine was broken - when I talked with reception they said " they are new , it should work" still did not... Turn out it WAS broken. They were Very fast at replacing it, however! THE HOT TUB... NOT WORKING... Like at all. That was disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we booked...

"View is great, vibe/decor is nice. Communication was excellent. However, the place was not clean (to my liking). Thankfully the bathroom and sheets were clean but overall it was extremely dusty and we found multiple pieces of garbage/food waste on the floor, or behind/under things. The overall upkeep is not the best, there were multiple broken things (frames, crack in the bath, broken toilet paper holder... just to name a few). There wasn't any mention of a washer in dryer in our unit but we did...

"Very nice house. Lack of communication from staff during our stay was frustrating. Minimally equipped especially in the kitchen "
