"The hotel was advertised as having a pool and hot tub which was a deciding factor in choosing this hotel.
Additionally, the room was not very clean. There were holes in the walls, hair in the shower when we arrived, a lamp didn't have a button to turn it on, the room was very musty when we walked in, the hotel was not ADA compliant, the side table had a broken handle, the bed broke while we were sleeping, the security camera was dangling and appeared to be broken, there was mold in multiple places."
