"It’s adorable and the beds are very comfy!"

"Rooms were clean, but the hallways could use some work. The beds are very very firm though which was killing my body. I had little interaction with staff, but they were courteous when I did. The inside pool was freezing so the kids could not swim which was a bummer because that is what they love the most when staying at hotels. Breakfast was okay. I wish they had whole wheat, fresh fruit, or plain oatmeal options as those are diabetic friendly. I did at least get some eggs so that was better...

"The hot tub was not working the inside pool was cold the out side pool is empty! Beds and sheets are stained up !! My towel rack was broke , the bathroom air suction vent was out ,! the showers whistle while showering! Vending machine was empty , soda machine gave wrong flavors sodas ,Wifi was weak ! Went to The exercising room there was all haor in sink like someone shaved on it !! It was not worth 100 a night but we made the best of it !! But never again ! Wil we be back"

"Stayed in room 312. Super clean. Not a fancy place, but very clean, beg was very comfortable and place was quiet. Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed at Osage Village Inn from Friday, May 22 through Monday, May 25 for a vacation, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we booked was because of the pool shown on the website, only to find out it was closed and apparently not planned to reopen anytime soon due to maintenance issues. This should absolutely be disclosed before booking. The customer service was also poor. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and acted annoyed anytime we needed...

"We stayed in the windrose area and parking near our unit was not available however it was a Saturday on Memorial Day weekend. Just a note that it is open to the public. We stayed in an older unit that was okay. The addition of pools and bars since our last visit was nice to see! Steak Tacos at Landsharks were great!"

"You get partial view of the lake. The pool seem nice but I wasn't there to swim. Bed and sheets were comfortable. And hot shower was relaxing. It helps that there is live stream TV and microwave. My stay is Ok because I only use it to sleep. The room have a scent of cigarettes and not so fresh scent but I easily got accustomed to it. I am here for business so I am ok as long as I get restful sleep."

"Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer."
