"We had a great stay at the Best Western in Louisa, KY. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and warm, which was a nice bonus to start the day. The yogurt machine was a big hit with my daughter! We’d definitely stay here again."

"My car was damaged by the valet at my stay here in September. I reported it to Hilton and filed a claim a month later. Called for months to try and get help with the situation. Only to be told that too much time had lapsed and I hadn’t filed a claim, when I absolutely did! Hilton took no responsibility for this not an I’m sorry here’s where to take your car to be fixed, here’s a free stays to help make things right. I received nothing from them in any way except a headache. When I arrived this trip I was told they no longer offer valet they’ve had so many issues with it!! I’ve stayed here several times and it is always a very nice hotel with clean, safe, nice rooms, this time was different. We were placed in a room that looked like it was mangled. That’s why I gave it a lower score and I’m still upset over my car! "

"Bathroom metal fixtures were rusty. Bathroom shower had a dirty towel in it. Bathroom plaster pealing . Metal door frames rusty. Cobwebs on all the ceilings. Breakfast was not good. No baccon, sausage. Never stay again!"
