"A clean hotel with comfortable beds and mostly quiet depending on the time of day. It's in an easy to access area near a nice mall with tons of food options around. Still not sure why it was required to pay for parking in an open garage. Overall, the staff were friendly and gave quick and courteous service. But the breakfast was a let down most mornings. Most everything on the hot bar was overcooked and flavorless. Items routinely ran out or weren't put out at all. If breakfast is not a huge deal to you, this hotel was great. "

"This property was one of my favorites. It was a huge room with doors to separate the living room and bedroom. The bathrooms are nice. Overall a good stay. Quiet and clean! "

"I was very disappointed to see messages and learning about being charged for valet that I knew nothing about prior to the booking and did not use the day before check in to the Expedia account. I was not told on the property that I would be charged for valet. The workers made me go out of the circle when I said I did not know we had to pay and guided me across the street to the public (janky) lot. I had to cross the street with hands full of luggage and children! This is unacceptable. We did not have covers for the extra bed, only one small bar of soap in one bathroom, no Kleenex, and one tiny trash can in the front room! Lobby was in very good condition but the room seemed dated with a horrible view of the disgusting rooftop. First and last time! "
