"When we visit Columbus, we always stay at the Hilton at Polaris. It is a beautiful, very well kept hotel for visitors to the northern end of Columbus. Beautiful lobby, fast and easy check-in, and outstanding room. We love the King suite. The hotel is close to wonderful shopping and dining. A must-try if you’ve never been there. "

"The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"It is an older hotel so its not perfect. That being said, the pool area was great, breakfast was good, it was quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Was attending a gymnastics state competition, extremely clean and super quiet. Breakfast wasn't the greatest, but overall great hotel. Plan to stay there again."

"The over all hotel was extremely dirty. The shower curtain had brown stains all over it and the blinds were broken and barely hanging on. As we checked in we noticed all of the cars in the parking lot at the time had a window that was broken and taped up and there was glass EVERYWHERE in the parking lot and on the sidewalk. When asking the front desk lady she said a couple cars at this hotel and the one down the street were broken into acting as though this was just a usual thing here in Ohio...

"When we arrived to check in at 7:30pm the room was not ready. We had to wait additional time even though we were 4.5 hours after we could first check in. "

"Very clean, rooms are super nice, gym is beyond superb. Crowded area but this hotel is a fantastic value for what you get. Will stay again when I’m in Columbus."

"The staff was wonderful. It was 20 degrees out and the heat is capped at 75. Being from Florida we are used to heat. Just be aware that if you need a hotter room or colder room and you can't adjust it all maintenance to bypass the settings. Great experience overall!"

"The room was pretty clean overall but some things needed more attention such as the shower curtain had a rip so it needed replaced. The bed was not the most comfortable but ok . The best things were the cleanliness and location of the motel. For the price through Expedia it was worth it but I had asked about staying a 5th night was was told $90 and at the price I would say go somewhere else. "

"Power outage stopped us from checking in. Even though the whole lobby had electricity, the cooler, the computer could pull up the reservation and ALL the lights were on. I can’t review the room, pool or even staff but it was a poor experience. Will take my refund pay more to stay somewhere else."
