"I had an unpleasant experience at breakfast. Other guests were asked if they wanted coffee or tea, but no one asked me anything. Even when I asked for coffee myself, it never came. Guests who arrived after me got their coffee right away. I had to ask several times before mine finally came.
There were no small plates left, the breakfast room was quite small, and my omelette order never arrived in the end."

"The breakfast staff and housekeeping were first rate. But that's the only positive things I can say. This was supposedly a 3 star hotel but I would barely give it 2 stars. We booked what was called a "prestige" room but it was far from that. No wi-fi in the room and barely any cellular. I reported that after the 1st night of our 4 night stay but nothing was ever done about it. Most of the furniture in the room looked to be a century old and sourced from consignment stores. "Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in occasione del Festival delle luci. La scelta si è rivelata azzeccata da tutti i punti di vista. La posizione è molto comoda per visitare la città grazie alla vicinanza di 2 stazioni di metropolitana. La struttura è ben tenuta, l'accoglienza è stata cordiale, la camera confortevole. Non possiamo dare un giudizio della colazione in quanto non ne abbiamo usufruito. Nelle vicinanze ristoranti, pasticcerie, supermercati. Da consigliare."
