I was one of the transferred ones from one hotel to another due to overbooking and no availability of rooms, and the customer service assistants were very understanding and accommodating. Clean room, very relaxing after all the hassles. Excellent staff support for a firat timer in Paris."

"Standard airport hotel. The lounge was beautiful, breakfast was great, staff were very friendly. The room was a bit dirty, and the fan and lamp did not work, which was a bit unfortunate because an open window meant listening to planes at full blast all night. The room was hot and a bit muggy. I'd recommend for convenience for the airport but not for a general stay. "

"Résidence Hèrmes is truly a good choice for on-a-budget travel to Paris. Here are some positive and negative notes: Positive - The RER station was incredibly close, around 6-7 minutes walking. With the navigo decouverte weekly card, it was super easy to use all the transportation to get to wherever we wanted, and it was never more than 1 hour-1 hour 15 mins to get anywhere (including Disneyland). "Property and staff were all 11/10 unfortunately the apartments face a rail depot, which is ok in the daytime but trains run all night and when the drivers turn up at 05.30 and move all the trains out, you are awake! Place however is lovley, if you can request a room away from the railway, i highly recommend it"
