Both room that we had were very musty and carpet was stained. The room are conditioning units also did not work properly which lead to very warm rooms during our stay. I will not be back at the property.

We had a layover in Paris and stayed at this hotel. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were great! There is a bridge walkway that makes walking possible from the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Incroyable sens du service ! À recommander les yeux fermés Habitués de cet hôtel, nous y avons séjourné à notre arrivée et à notre retour en France. Le personnel est fantastique : accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider, que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant. Le grand plus : ma fille a oublié ses deux peluches au premier séjour. L'équipe les a retrouvées et nous les a apportées en chambre à notre retour, accompagnées d'un adorable petit cahier racontant les péripéties des peluches à l'hôtel pendant notre absence ! Une idée formidable qui a grandement surpris et touché toute la famille. Merci encore pour ce service client hors pair !

1. At first glance, the location is super and the room is good. 2. The only English speaking TV Channels is BBC. 3. When you are ready to close your eyes, the pillows are the worst of the world. Folded rubber or hard foam cushions?? The cover and bed mattress aren’t breathable. They are extremely uncomfortable. 4. No one answered at the reception desk when called. What’s the point to have a phone… 5. I ended up with a sore neck and a huge headache. The Housekeeping lady sympathized but could not do anything. The receptionist at the desk pretended it’s the first time she’d ever heard this complaint. I can’t believe it. Because, I have heard someone in another room screaming and a sound followed as if she was throwing the pillows and hit the walls… What’s the point to have a beautiful room while the essentials such as pillows, blanket/comforter, and mattress aren’t comfortable?
