"Great potential, poor execution. Given the amount of time spent texting with Numa customer service to correct issues, the cost was way more than the stay was worth. The check in took over an hour and a half, due to an unusual issue that would have been corrected in five minutes if there were A/C did not work and customer service could only send the same cookie cutter recommendations repeatedly, which did NOT correct the problem. Numa suffers from the lack of a human element."

Close to train station & lovely Monti district of Rome. Only con worth mentioning is this listing said hotel. This is a boutique hotel. Perfect for couples or solo travel with short stays. Gracie!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

"We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was our favorite thing. The cons: our room was fairly small and you had to step up another level to get into the bathroom. Because of this, in the middle of the night, my husband fell and cut his arm badly. The staff was very nice though, and tried to take care of the cut. It was hard to find the doors Into the hotel and the doors out of the hotel if that makes sense."

"The communication with the staff was excellent. We were able to drop off our luggage ahead of check-in. The location is great, with many restaurants nearby; a Taxi pickup location is right outside. Plus, a supermarket is right across the way for beverages and snacks. We spent a couple of nights walking to the River and watching the sunset from the bridge. The room was large and in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable. I was very pleased with this reservation and would be happy to book it...
