"Great room size and layout. Some expected amenities are available on request, e.g., bottled water, robes, that we would expect to already be in the room. Also, the 10 a.m. checkout is early and there was no flexibility to extend it an hour. Try to book a suite on the second or third floor to be above guests walking right outside your window facing the parking lot."

"The property itself is in a beautiful area, love the shuttle to and from vail village. The front desk staff was amazing!! Anytime we needed anything or just checking in they were fantastic! The pool is beautiful, however the night we went to use it there was only one other person there but there was trash everywhere, empty alcohol cans, cups and just lots of trash and used towels all over the chairs. It was pretty late at night 8:00 and empty so not sure why it was such a mess then a bear came into the pool area to eat all the trash and we had to rush out! Maybe if it had been cleaned up and the trash taken out before dusk the bear wouldn’t have been enticed into the pool area. We went back to the pool in the morning and it was all clean and nice. The carpet in the hallways was very dirty with debris. The room we stayed in was very nice just showing lots of wear and tear. The night stand had green electrical tape holding the outlet on, Overall we had a wonderful time just expected a bit more from a grand Hyatt and the price we paid for the night."
