"I was very disappointed to find the property under construction. There wasn’t even a proper desk to check-in. There were tarps, plastic hanging every where and construction noise and mess during the day.
We were not notified of any construction prior to booking nor did we receive any discount on our room. We were only offered a continental breakfast for our discomfort/ inconvenience (which I could even eat due to food allergies). "

"Room was clean and the staff friendly. Had an issue in our room with something making a really loud noise repeatedly. There was no way we would be able to sleep through it.
