"Our family stayed at America’s Best Value Inn on our way to Bryan Texas. The Inn was A bit of a hit-or-miss stay. The highlights were definitely the clean towels and the beer bathtub, which felt brand new. Unfortunately, the sleeping area didn't match that quality—the decor is dated and the linens have seen better days. "Definitely needs improvement, for being new the lobby was dirty, boxes right by the desk. Take your own towels, the ones provided are thin and small. The AC was very loud and the blinds let a lot of light in. Being the one of the only options for families traveling for the baseball fields near by they should take better care of the property"

"Hotel needs updated but perfect if you just want to sleep. Bed was very comfy. Rooms were very clean. No smells. Place was very quite. Staff super friendly. Good location by Walmart and a great bar and grill."

"The dead bolt on the room did not work. Tried to inform staff of it when I left, but no one came to the front desk. Slept with the big chair blocking the door."

It was not brewed. It was liquid flavored coffee with hot water mix. I bought coffee elsewhere. There was no one at the front desk most of the time with the front doors locked. They were out working elsewhere in the hotel. If you rang for them , they come immediately, I guess they were short on staff. I would stay...

"I did not even stay. I walked in to the door and walked right back out. The place smells TERRIBLE!!! They need to do away with the inscents in the main office as well. They refused to give my money back. Said I had to do it 48 hours before check in."

"First the staff at check in was Awesome breakfast lady awesome the one I over night no way I had 2 towels and needed more for 4 people in the room he said no you only get 2 towels for all people you have to use them and bring him the dirty towels after every shower to get 2 more. Ridiculous. My sheet had lip stick stains on it and you don't get a comfortable only a sheet and the brown blanket. Beds were hard no coffee in room or iron or blow dryer. Old hotel looks like an old nursing home. ...
