There was no towels, anywhere to lounge and it took a long time to get the servers attention for food/drinks. "The overall stay was a bit disappointing! The lounge was never open on the main floor. The restaurant only served breakfast. The Reef was a quick meal and beverage. Not much to choose from. I reserved a premium King room. Expecting a poolside room but got stuck on the noisy freeway side. Hard to sleep with all of that noise. The phone in the room didn't work. The air conditioning barely cooled off the room. No fan in the bathroom and the bathtub drain didn't drain very well. If I...

"JJ at the front desk was superior and was a joy to see every day! The staff delightfull and well versed. My stay was perfect and so was the food and beverage at the bar. I made it a point to visit every day. I will return the next time I visit San Diego!"

"My son and I arrived at 2 pm. Check in was at 4 pm. We were greeted by a very friendly desk agent, Angelica. She told us our room was available! What a treat to be able to check in early after a 5 hr flight. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The free daily breakfast was delicious and there were different menu options available each day. We also used the pool and jacuzzi. Both were heated! Pool deck was clean. Loved the outdoor TVs."

"Property was claimed, staff was helpful and nice.They only do made service every other day.Excuse was, covid?I was pretty sure we were done with covid years ago.But that was their excuse over, all the property was pretty nice for I say one of the first questions.Ask on here was, did we enjoy the hot tub?No, because it was always so full of people.You couldn't possibly get in it.Maybe needs more hot tubs for that size property"

"A little dated for a "very good" on Expedia. Someone left a bottle of opened/used nail polish in our room that wasn't ours. The thermostat didn't work properly."

"We paid over 1400 dollars for two nights were placed on the top floor where all night throughout our stay there was a lot banging noise so loud that my family and I were not able to sleep. Spoke to staff multiple times regarding this and they only gave us a comp for one night parking for 40 dollars. Very displeased and dissatisfied. If you want to waste money on a hotel for no sleep this is definitely your place."
