"This hotel was terrible. Why was it even on the list of choices? The pictures were completely out of date and glamorized. The first room we got smelled like moldy carpet and the sofabed didn't fit into the couch properly. We changed rooms which was better but not much. Smh. The walls were dirty, the furniture was old and stained, the sheets were old and stained, hallways littered with crumbs. Dishwasher had a terrible odor and don't think it worked. "Room refrigerator cycled on-off with loud buzzing during "on" cycle. Old container full of food found in microwave. Tub faucet missing hardware, tub drained clogged so that there was about 6 inches of water in tub during shower. There was dirt in the corners that had been there for years. In general the property looked old, worn with no concern for aesthetics, deep cleaning or maintenance."

"The staff was nice during check in. It’s clear this property has not been updated since it was built. The hallways smelled and the furniture and appliances were super old. The price and location was convenient, but I will definitely pay extra to stay somewhere else the next time I need a hotel in this area. The bed was sooooo hard."

"The building is over 100 year old and the stairways are falling a part not even level and the most terrible part is there is no sound proof and next to I 90 interstate hiwsy and all night so noisy that it us impossible to sleep without sleeping pills I will never go back "

"What a wonderful home away from home! The rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4. We had a lot of luggage and didn’t feel like we were tripping over them. We were attending two big family events, and the space allowed us all to get ready hassle free. The front desk staff on Wednesday evening and Thursday 5/20-5/21 was the best! "Service was great- rooms were clean sand the pool. I just didn’t sleep well due to the AC going on/off all night and my room was next to the elevator. There seemed to be no other rooms available when I asked (I even offered to downgrade rooms)."

"It was aweful the mattresses were terrible it felt like sleeping on rocks, there were rats the size of my foot, the toilet didn’t flush, late service. In all I would not rent better to just get a hotel."

"Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wasn’t a fan of the Bistro. Purchased a Buffalo chicken sandwich, didn’t taste Buffalo, to much blue cheese, and the chicken patty tasted not fully Cooked. I also waited 2 hours to get food, cook was running an hour late and the oven wasn’t working, only the fryer. Great stay but don’t purchase the food."

"Some broken stuff in our room but overall not bad. I do wish there was more fruit options and lactose free milk."
