"The people here were amazing. Every interaction was delightful from start to finish. That being said, the property could use some work. The elevator sounded sketchy, and the room could use updating and maintenance. Despite the disrepair, the staff was so wonderful I would come back regardless. "The staff is poorly trained. One of two elevators was operational. The bathtub floor was dangerously slippery. No was there is no place to hang towels. There was no glass 👓 in the bathroom. The rugs needed to be vacuumed."

"I don’t typically leave reviews. But this was one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever been to. We don’t even end up staying the night. We travel a lot as my kids play travel ball and always stay at residence inns so this was my first choice. It took about 5 minutes to actually get my key card to work on the door. "Our stay was very pleasant. The room had plenty of space and a Peloton bike. The parking was ver easy and free. The hotel location is convenient to drive into Boston and surrounding areas on the highway. There is a Trillium Brewery and Restaurant right next door (walk in ~5 min). You can access the Blue Hills Skyline trail right across the street or drive 2 min to the lot. The breakfast was wonderful with many fresh options.
