"Great service , great staff shops nearby, clean"

"Great location and friendly owner. Getting in to the apartment was always tricky, since the touch pad on the door was misfunctioning quite often, so this was annoying. The apartments are not that new like on the pictures. Overall it was still a good apartment for this price in Madrid."

"The house was very clean but I did not expect to get the bunk bed. If I had known it, I wouldn’t book the hotel. The hotel was quite far and inconvenient to go downtown. I had to use taxi and uber because I did not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood."

"La persona cuál da la bienvenida no habla bien el español, y si no hablas bien el inglés pues hay un problema a pesar de estar en un país que se habla español, adicional miente si reclamas algo y se contradice"
