"This hotel was located just outside the busy part of Niagara Falls . There were a couple of restaurants that you walk to for dinner and just a couple minute drive to the down town core . The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean and spacious. The breakfast was wonderful ."

"A last minute stay did not disappoint. We arrived early and the front desk staff (who were so wonderful) was able to get us in to our room a wee early before our plans. The room- wow- we were greeted with jazz music lightly playing on both TVs! The bathroom was huge and the bedroom, complete with a fireplace. "The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spotless and very large. We stayed in a two bedroom. The check in was very quick and the staff were friendly, the only downside was no one explained where the lobby sitting area/kitchen was located, where the laundry facilities were or information about housekeeping. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. I would definitely stay there again though if I went back, it was very centrally located to everything. "

"Friendly staff, great service. Only issue I had was missing body wash but the staff was able to accommodate grabbing me a bunch. Lastly was some hair in the room jacuzzi. Overall was a great stay "

"I was completely exhausted when I got there and my spouse had to go to the front desk 3X to get the hotel key to work to get in our room. The key was not programmed properly. I sat outside the door of the room completely drained when all I wanted to do was get into the room and relax. Staff was not very responsive. We will not be returning. "

"We only stayed one night. We were on the fourth floor with a nice view of the gorge. The kitchen area was excellent and the room was spacious. The breakfast was better than I expected, with lots of choices. The hotel is older and no elevator, but that was not a problem because you can enter on the second floor. It's a pretty decent budget hotel for Niagara."

"Room was clean, my stay was quiet and private. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location, close to a variety of restaurants. Didn't make it to the falls as it was cold during my stay but I wouldn't hesitate to book again. "

"Our overall experience as a family was great. The hotel was directly connected to some great restaurants and hotels, and of course the water park which was a highlight of our trip. The buffet breakfast was incredible as well! The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. We did however have some minor issues with our toilet getting easily clogged and the heat in the bedroom not working efficiently. However the staff were quick and responsive to resolve the issues.
