"Loved staying here. It's slightly out of amsterdam central but tram is a 10 min walk away and cost about 2 euro. Alternatively the walk through the park to the museum sector takes about 40 min but didn't even notice that as it was so beautiful. Hotel food was excellent and staff really helpful."

"Stayed here just one night before leaving for home. We had some initial trouble with the free shuttle from the airport, (which resulted in us taking a taxi) but the staff gave us complimentary vouchers for the shuttle back to the airport the next day. Pool was decent, but could have had more seating. The sauna, steam and cold buckets were amazing. There is also a movie theatre that shows the latest films, but for a cost. We paid for the buffet dinner, and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet as well. Both were decent, as far as buffets go. Overall was a great experience, and the full size plane on the grounds was definitely cool."

"Our room had a modern but sterile feel with simple Ikea-like furnishings. Lights, TV, shades are controlled with an ipad. But common areas featured nice seating areas with tables & chairs. Breakfast was a combination of hot & cold selections alone with coffee & juices. Nice location within walking distance from the airport."

"3 of us flew in and out of Amsterdam from Calgary, Canada as part of a great adventure to Africa. The Hotel is clean, good location to the Airport, amenities were fine. Upon arrival on May 14th (staying 2 nights in 2 rooms) the front desk clerk saw that we were exhausted from our overnight flight and allowed us to get into our rooms early and not be charged. We VERY much appreciated that and I gave a good review because of it. On our return May 28 (1 night/2rooms) we rolled into Ozo exhausted after a 9 hour overnight flight, hoping again we could get into our rooms early. Nope, different clerk. The ‘rules’ clearly state we’d have to pay $10 Euro ‘per hour’ ahead of check-in. We mentioned that it was our second time staying at the Hotel in 2 rooms in 2 weeks and that the previous clerk let us in early…. And, begrudgingly, were offered to ‘only’ pay $30 Euro to get into 1 of the rooms. We paid, but I think Ozo really missed an opportunity to deliver service that will definitely bring us back."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located for my work. I thought the breakfast was a bit sparse, & the absence of an evening meal needed managing. There is a McDonald's close by, but one can only eat so many burgers."

"It was a Comfortable and quiet rest before a long flight home the next morning. The restaurant was good too. The only strange thing is they charge €8.50 per person to take the shuttle back to the airport. I didn’t know this until after booking. A taxi was half the cost."
