"The continental breakfast was interesting with some Indian flavored cereals and couscous. They did have some gluten free options. There was yoghurt, salad and toast also. The room was really small which made it difficult to repack the suitcases in preparation for flying out the next day. The airport shuttle costs money and is not complimentary. The shower drain was not working very well so the shower filled up with water. It was overall clean and quiet."

"Room very small, although very clean. Hardly any room around the bed. No chair. Shower very erratic, freezing cold one minute, scalding another. Apart from the staff member who checked me in, I was ignored every time I passed the reception post. Staff couldn’t be bothered even to say good morning. Very disappointing."

"The staff was super helpful and friendly! Though the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous and served in a lovely, airy sunroom next to the garden. It is a walkable distance to the underground, which made getting around convenient. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"Nice little place tucked away from the main Holborn roads perhaps tricky to locate as it’s situated in a highly residential alcove. Property obviously updated to accommodate travellers. Not suitable for families but good for couples and solo travellers. One thing to be aware of which the hotel also need to clearly announce you have to pay a £100 card deposit then call back 24 hours later to get a refund the link they send is not active if you book via Expedia. You will find if you do not pay...

"Great location 5 minutes from Pimlico tube station on the Victoria Line. Victoria 15 minutes walk away as is Buckingham Palace. Hotel is functional but room very small and the en suite was not fit for purpose with toilet 10mm from wall so difficult if you are 6 foot. As we were on ground floor quite noisy with people walking through reception and walls were quite thin. Room was clean and the staff in reception friendly. The room rate was chunky in relation to the size. "
