"Family of 4 stayed here for 1 night , we spent the day in L.A . We chose this hotel for the movie history it has. Overall it did its job in being a place to sleep so we didn’t have to make the drive home after a long day in Los Angeles. The only downfall that I have to say about this place on my end is the beds. The beds were not comfortable for me and my family. We had a room with two double beds and we were four adults sharing two on each bed. There was a lot of tossing and turning, and I personally woke up with kind of a sore back.
But there was a coffee maker in the room that serves purpose so that was handy, and there was a mini fridge that we were able to put our leftovers in from dinner. And one shocker for us was that we were really close to the road and we didn’t hear the cars at all during our day so that was actually a plus.
We did pay for parking which is $25 a night which wasn’t bad and it wasn’t outrageous. The restaurant was under construction so we were not able to explore and enjoy that part of the hotel. But me and my family did take a lot of pictures in front of the Safari Inn sign haha, and we did a walk around the property to look at everything.
This was a one and done deal for us. It was kind of a check off our bucket list type stay."
