"Communication was fine and helpful until the day of check in. I was supposed to receive a email with codes to the rooms and the front door 1 hour before check in and didn’t receive them at all. Once arrived at the location I had to wait 30 minutes outside with my family waiting for codes that did not even work to get into the building. Finally received a code that worked, within 5 minutes of being inside we witnessed a roach, floor boards were poorly cleaned, furniture was very poorly cleaned...

"The accommodations were really nice. It had parkng on siite, What we didn’t realize is that the kitchen, living area is shared. It happened to be almost next door to our son’s place! It was very clean and peaceful to stay there. I wish we would have known about it sooner."
