"The hotel room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was fresh and comfortable, and the restroom was spotless and smelled good. Nothing looked dirty or out of place, which made the stay much more enjoyable. Parking was also very easy, with convenient access to the lot. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience."

"We didn't get into our room until 7 pm, which should have given staff ample time to clean the room. Upon taking a shower, I notice there were previous occupants hair all over the walls of the shower. By that time, it was too late. I also noticed red stains on the outside of the bed covers and got a flee bite from the carpet."

"The hotel itself is pretty nice. The food is terrible. Most of the stuff was great except for the one gentleman that works in the daytime and checks people in was rude not just at check-in, but he was rude. When we asked about early check-in. He was rude. When I asked for a receipt he refused to give me a receipt to take home with me saying that because I booked online he couldn’t print me one out which I’ve had other hotels print me off receipts, and I booked through Hotels.com all the time I thought that was very unprofessional of him, and I will not be booking that hotel in the future because of that one employees demeanor, and how he treats people I also will not be referring my friends to that hotel either and because I chose to stay at this hotel, this time two other people booked rooms at the same time because we stayed there together and next time we will be staying in another hotel."
