"I have stayed in this hotel 3 times this year & love staying here. It's located in the older part of Agadir, about 20mins from the beach. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful. I have gone solo & with a friend, having our own rooms & each time, was well looked after. It's an authentic Morrocan hotel built in 1975, a bit tired but clean & also safe to stay in. I had a wonderful stay at ** Residence Yasmina Agadir**. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day, making sure everything was spotless. The location is also great, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still being peaceful and quiet."

"The hosts were so kind and welcoming, the atmosphere of the Riad and rooftop terrace is so lovely, as was the daily breakfast, we stayed 4 nights and were happy to retreat to this very well designed Riad, the rooms are beautiful - merci beaucoup! "The hotel itself is well presented from outside. Pool area is quite nice and big. Rooms are a different story. The Ac doesnt work properly.. The washroom drain smells. And the water in the shower is lukwarm. When you bring this to their attention at reception they claim that everything is fine and thats how it should be. It should not! To be a better resort they need to sort this out. Customer service is very poor and towels are very old and worn.

"So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly.
The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff.
