"The room and hallways were very clean. The ac worked great. The only real issue was the elevator was broken. I am here for treatments and stayed in the second floor so it was not terrible, but if I had been any higher, it would be an issue. "

"Did not have room that I reserved - at check in and didn’t apologize. Hot and cold water in sink is reversed. They will not give you coffee pods at front desk - you must call from room and wait 3 hours. Housekeeping is not done ever if you don’t ask and they don’t tell you this at check in. Guest laundry is one washer and dryer but the washer is ‘out of order’ "

"My only complaint was the traffic noise we heard from the 4th floor. For the price of the room, we shouldn't have had as much. Hearing cars literally racing on the highway at 2 am was not much fun. Other than that, the staff was awesome and the room clean. "

"would have loved to use the pool but had limited time. The pool is ot a small - medium size. I liked this property. The room lay out and interior room furniture with a nice workig table and lovely office chair that is flexible to turn in all directions. Plus a relaxation chaise style chair with adjacent table. The service is good with good breakfast I really recommend this hotel"

"We arrived really early and since our room was ready, they were nice enough to check us in and they gave us a king room instead of a queen!! Owner is extremely nice!! The breakfast was pretty good. Cook to order eggs. The first day the cook didn’t even check to see if I wanted any and she was rude to my daughter by saying “move” when my daughter was standing in her way. The cook wasn’t a very pleasant person. The half and half was spoiled. When things on the table ran out, they weren’t replenished. The room and property could definitely use some updating, but everything was very clean. I got some good sleep in the bed, so it was comfortable. "

"No water! Had to check out and into a nearby hotel at 9 am and was late to my meeting. Building parking lot looks like a prison. The rooms and building is outdated. Not ever coming back and suggest you look elsewhere. "
