I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. "This hotel is marketed as upscale and luxurious, but my experience was quite the opposite. After arriving late in the evening, around 11:45 PM, I was disappointed to find a room that felt extremely dated and in need of significant renovation. The furnishings and overall condition of the room gave an old, neglected impression, and cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The experience was so disappointing that, had it not been so late, I would have looked for alternative accommodations...

"The breakfast could be extended a little more, but I understand that they were on a special occasion but they do not make the guests feel welcome. I didn't like the treatment yesterday in the middle of the event they had, especially one of the managers who didn't allow us to get on the advisor and we had to go up the ramp. Only the people who received my suitcase and one of the waitresses were the only ones who served us well."
