"Great stat all around."

"I could not have been more pleased with my stay! I have already booked 2 more stays at this lovely hotel. The staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and kind. I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!"

"The property is ok but very dated and deferred maintenance is visible especially outside. There is no self parking on property only valet And the cost is really high. The staff is very pleasant. I would go back if the price was right but would uber to and from appointments as it would be cheaper than the valet charge"

"The booking incurred unexpected additional charges for parking ($60) and breakfast, which I thought was included at time of booking, was not include in the price. Parking charges: charge for parking should be made clear by hotel facilities at the time of booking. Expexdia booking should clearly state whether breakfast is included in the price. Hotel is old: needs to be refurbished Staff: really average but they may be used to the first issues Ammenities in room: limited"

"At first we had trouble checking in, Mark was kind and fixed it for us, but they never explained to us about the 300 deposit until we did the check in, they told us we were getting 150 deposit back and we still haven’t received it yet… The property was old and the elevators were a total mess… old and not totally clean to be honest…. The only good thing was it was well located…."

"It’s more of a Hampton Inn with the “Westin” logo on it. Arrived and the valet person was deeply sleeping. Perhaps even drunk. Don’t trust the $57 a night parking at all. Noisy, next to traffic and train station. Got a smaller room than what’s in the picture. Fridge door barely opens, blocked by the bed. Motel quality bathroom, the cheapest brand toilet paper. I did not have the best experience checking in as the front desk member showed frustration for me being early to my reservation. We cannot always control flight arrivals… she scorned me after I jokingly mentioned I’m a little early saying “A little early? "We found the hotel lacking a friendly & welcoming atmosphere. After paying $1050 a night for a room we expected a little more with amenities. A tiny square of soap bar left in the bathroom, one roll of one ply, toilet paper and a rug that was at the bathroom sink tattered and was not more than 2‘ x 14“.
