I was overly irritated because I was offered a free upgrade from the room I originally booked and the rooms were not up to par for the amount of money being charged; old bathrooms, insufficient lighting in them "

"Got stuck in elevator, room didn't want to open using my key then they didn't want to switch my room i asked to speak to the manager he did not want to talk me rooms smelled weird over allb just a very bad experience "

"The hotel was nice however my biggest complaint would be about the housekeeping service. We requested for housekeeping expecting the dirty sheets and pillowcases to be replaced with clean ones however upon inspecting we realized that they were not replaced but flipped over. The floors also weren’t vacuumed because the same crumbs and dirt on the floor was still there after the service. The rating would have been higher however after what we experienced with the housekeeping service it raises the question if the sheets present when we checked in was ever washed or replaced. Also the elevator was quite slow. "

"The guests and amount of chaos at the hotel made us feel unsafe. There were 12 -14 motorcyclists parked in the garage, that would blast music and smoke pot, no one told them to turn the music off or leave the garage. They were all in the lobby, and made inappropriate comments to us."

"The room was clean. The hotel has great staff. Valet is efficient. There is not much food or drink available so be prepared. "

"Daniel who was the bartender on duty when we checked in could not have been nicer. Room was more than fine. Clean hotel. One thing that did bother us from a security standpoint: anyone without a key can access any floor in the hotel. This is a big security concern. "
