"We had no internet the entire stay. We notified the front desk upon arrival and they took our room number and we never heard from anyone, We made them aware when we checked out and were told it was fine, Go check the room and follow up!! We planned to stay at this location again, but this is a deal breaker."

"The room was clean. The detergent used to wash the sheets set off my allergies. The apple juice dispenser was inoperative on both mornings and the orange juice dispenser was inoperative on the second morning. The ice dispenser in the breakfast area is permanently on a pallet jack, which doesn't inspire confidence. On the other hand, the basic breakfast was good and the staff was cheerful and very helpful."

"Part of this hotel is apparently used as low income housing and that was the wing that I was put in. Most of the amenities listed in the booking were not in the room and there was no TV remote. The staff were very helpful trying to get the room in order but I eventually was moved to the other wing after discovering my room had no curtains other than sheers. Stay here at your own risk."

"Excellent value! Hot Breakfast buffet was great. Just get there lot before 9am or the best selections will be all gone. Easy on and off the freeway and lots to good restaurants all around. We will stay there again."

"They were remodeling, the elevator did not work, there was plaster in the carpet; and dry wall dust on floor boards. The building is showing it’s age, the rooms were clean and in good shape."

"We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I love the little old lady who serves breakfast. The breakfast options could be better. It's a very limited amount of food compared to other continental types. The rooms could use a little updating but they were clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends."

"We needed a quick hotel near the airport, the photos made Clarion look like a fine choice but the property was not maintained, the rooms were filthy, with stains on towels and linens, rooms didn’t appear to be mopped, showers were scummy and looked like possible mold growth behind toilet. The pool our kids were excited to use had towels in piles on the ground. The pool bathroom wasn’t cleaned and had trash overflowing. I don’t typically leave unsatisfactory reviews but I truly wouldn’t want...

"Nice people, very helpful, very clean floors in room. Whats weak is the breakfast. Heavily salted poorly reconstituted eggs, & the meat (bacon, etc) never materialized while I was there."

"No complaints, other than we needed to use the clothing iron on the room. It didn’t work, it took three times to front desk before one was found that worked. Staff was helpful in finding one."
