"The bedrooms and halls probably needed to be refurbished 30 years ago. They certainly are long overdue a completely overhaul today. The bathroom was grimy and there was no excuse for not providing a single chair in the room. What was the point in providing even the tired dressing/table desk without one?"

"Danesfield House is a delight. The staff were all super helpful and welcoming. Dinner on the Terrace was stunning on a warm spring evening. The grounds are wonderful and I'd recommend a wander around them. And the spa facilities included in the room price was a bonus - the sauna and steam room especially. "Cool room and great restaurants in hotel. Nice outdoor area. Gym is used for PT sessions at the busiest times so not ideal for hotel guests to use. The sockets in the room and some of the fixings in need of repair and tired. Bed too firm and the room was too dark overall"

"Hotel was very nice, good breakfast selection. Staff was very helpful. Only issue was hot water pressure in the shower was minimal, hardly able to get wet. Lots of cold pressure but when hot almost none. That was annoying!"

"Had a great stay, easy check in, reception went above and beyond to make me comfortable during my stay. Great location as so close to the airport but quiet enough to get a great nights sleep! The room was lovely and clean and well appointed. Tea/coffee bathroom bits etc. Only issue I had was the bathroom fan was on all night and the aircon turned itself off making for a warm night but other than that I cannot fault it. Highly recommend!"
