"Parking was terrible"

"Breakfast was very good, delicious homemade salsa to top it off. Room was nice, staff were nice enough. Tried to take a hot tub after two staff members told us where it was— no hot tub! Pool was pathetic looking too. It was a nice room, right off the freeway, reasonable price. Plenty of parking, they allow dogs and have lemonade at the check-in counter, and dog bones too! That was very sweet."

"I stayed in the suite which was away from the street and one could get the breakfast and bring back to the room and sit out side looking at trees and plants. Good place to write a song."

"The site said there are hot waffles, and they don't have ANYTHING for breakfast except a view out the coffee bar of Jack in the Box! The Expedia site should be corrected ASAP. I was counting on the waffle breakfast to save my workers time and keep them happy....."

"We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The room was relatively large, clean and well-laid out. The dresser was tiny, but we managed. Staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant is convenient, although a little pricy. Watch out for parking fees (they didn't warn us about them when registering, but graciously took them off when we noticed...) We will consider coming back next time we are in the area."

"The room was quiet considering it’s on the 1st floor. The room had a bad lingering smell. I turned the fan on to continuous along w the AC and it helped rid of the smell slightly. I think the smell was coming from the carpet, similar to dirty feet. I just went and got Lysol spray and saturated the carpet. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good. "No shampoo in the room, No coffee in the room."

"Nice room, cool ambiance, tucked into the mountains so it feels adventurous, but also you'll feel very posh, with fancy things like on site market and restaurant and bar, it was a fun time!"

"Pool empty no water full of trash…. Roaches everywhere. Blood on pillow cases. Stains on sheets and floors. Room smells like someone is smoking cigarettes right next to you. Horrible experience and definitely needs to get cleaned"

"Nice hotel but expensive. Food and drinks was fairly pricey as well. But it was clean, pool was nice…room was clean and location is decent for the Santana row area."

"Clean room comfortable bed spacious room and shower but there’s a issue the parking fee that I didn’t know about it but there are other choices to choose from thanks anyway"
