"The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. The staff, especially the lady that sits at the desk to the left once you come to the front door, was so welcoming."

"We had a great stay. Most of our interactions were with Michael and he was super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with both sink and shower not draining. The shower kept spilling water out onto floor. We were in room 510. Maintenance promptly came to resolve issues though the shower continued to be a nuisance without being fully resolved. We had some neighbors who kept us up until 4:00am one night and I could hear them even with ear plugs in. The night when the noise started up again I called front desk and a wonderful desk clerk came up to handle telling them to shut the noise down. Had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. "

"I expected it to just be another hotel stay, but it was immediately different when they gave me two free drink tickets upon arrival. When I came to cash in my tickets at the appropriate time, I was taken back by the "snacks" that were available. Coupled with the elaborate breakfast options, it was a very generous and unexpected addition. Indoor/outdoor pool was very nice. Hot tub was also. Plenty of nice chairs and tables surrounded the pool area. List of towels were on hand. For the price, I feel like they are going above and beyond compared to their competition. "

"I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators."

"This place was awesome. My wife and I cam for our 19 year anniversary. We didn't have to travel. Everything we needed was there great food drink and spa was relaxing. Awesome place to unwind "
