"The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. "Just be aware parking is $47! Seems super high for quality of property, I’ve stayed at much nicer hotels all over the US and not paid close to that. This by no means is a fancy hotel. Very standard hotel."

"The property and rooms are not well cared for… bathrooms disgusting with hair and dust everywhere, curtains falling from the windows… they also charge $8 per car for parking which is ridiculous given how much we paid for a private room ($150 a night). For this price, it’s better to just get a hotel."

"The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. "
