"Our stay exceeded our expectations. We were worried about the lack of an elevator, but we managed just fine. The staff were friendly, and the place was very clean and well-maintained. The only thing that didn’t meet our expectations was that the laundry wasn’t self-service. The laundry room was locked, and the sign said that if we asked the staff to do our laundry, it would cost 15 euros."

Breakfast was good Pool was as shown with spectacular views Not sure why but we were upgraded to a suite with outdoor patio and perfect views of bay and Mt Etna ..outstanding Adrianna checked us in and we loved her energy and she gave wonderful suggestions for restaurants which turned out to be the best food we ate in Taromina Would stay here every time and highly recommend"

"The room has a beautiful view of the ocean and Mount Etna. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and went the extra mile to help us. The swimming pool by the ocean is beautiful, though the water temperature in April was too cold to swim in. Buffet breakfast included a large variety of foods. The property seems a bit aged but we are 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of our room. "

"I can’t say enough about this property and staff. Having travelled to Italy and Europe a dozen or more times few properties have been so welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The property was ultra convenient to the main shopping and eating street in Taormina just a few steps away. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was home made and had a view of Etna from their patio. They also had a heated (like really warm) as well as a rooftop bar for evening drinks. Would return in a...

"Junior suite that wecwere in had a stupid shower unit placed in the middle, spilling water everywhere. Breakfast was fresh but outdoor service pitifully slow. Had to make a take-away arrangement with the helpful concierge to tie in with a taxi pick-up."

"The check-in process was a bit ludicrous lacking front desk (reception) staff that had to be coordinated for every move, even to pick up and drop off our car. The shower in our room not only barely had water coming out but there was "limited" hot water to shower with during the winter months (December), that for a medium hair length woman, not enough hot water to wash the hair. Gabriella, the housekeeping lady was the one thing we enjoyed about our stay. "
