"Excelente apartamento, silencioso, espaçoso, cama e chuveiro deliciosos. Excelente localização. Fizemos absolutamente tudo a pé em Monopoli. Linda e equipada cozinha onde fizemos nossos cafés da manhã. A vista para o mar azul turquesa é deslumbrante. O apartamento fica no centro histórico, área onde não se pode chegar com o carro. "We had a wonderful time here in Monopoli. The room was wonderful and in the perfect location close to the old city. The owners were very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for local restaurants and bars. Breakfast was wonderful! Highly recommend basing yourself in Monopoli to explore nearby towns in Puglia. We really enjoyed Monopoli town itself, charming and lots to offer"

"Great property in a super easy, convenient location! Walk right out the door into the square filled with cafes & shops! We paid to park in the private garage & Vito took us everyday to retrieve it & back it out of the right space. He was amazing. A good continental breakfast…but if you get there late they don’t seem to replenish once items are gone, so get there earlier than later. Front desk staff were very nice & spoke good English which was helpful of course."

"The pictures look great of this property and that is why we booked. Communication was with The Happy rental rep. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was. We knew this but if you are tall and have large suitcases certainly not ideal. Initial inspection looked good although a bit smaller than the photos suggested. "Gros potentiel, mais ils ne semblaient pas prêt pour le début de saison. La piscine n'était pas encore ouverte par exemple, mais on ne nous l'avait pas indiqué lors de la réservation. Des matériaux étaient visible un peu partout sur le domaine, les chiens aux pattes boueuses marchaient partout sur notre terrasse et sur nos chaises extérieures, etc. Toutefois, nous avons eu une belle expérience et le personnel a été plus que gentil en tout temps. "We loved our stay here. It is a beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location to explore Monopoli. The beach area is right across the street and many great amenities in the area. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge area. And breakfast was perfect. We will stay here again!"

"It was just an Ok property. Location is good. Breakfast was far away and not very good. Street was very loud, because it was right in the middle of town. Beach far away. No windows. Poor ventilation. Staff was good. I would not go back, though. There was no telephone to call when I arrived. I asked nearby and they told me to go to the next location and ask. I had to call for the staff to come and help me. All very confusing."

"Had a lovely stay here - sadly the weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get the use the pool or loungers but we really enjoyed the impressive breakfast and beautiful surroundings. It’s a short drive to neighbouring towns and the peace was a nice contrast in the evenings. You have the option of eating at the Masseria which also makes things easier if you do not have a car."
