"The lovely gentleman at the front escorted us to our room, and we had a welcome gift of cake! The view was breathtaking and the panorama restaurant on top of the hotel is both delicious and has another beautiful view of Sofia. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. "

"An excellent hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. We did not experience any discrimination toward Israelis at all, on the contrary, the service was wonderful. The spa is of a very high standard with truly professional therapists, and the pool is great and enjoyable. The breakfast is rich, tasty, and diverse, offering plenty of delicious options. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and pleasant and the suite is highly recommended! Only downside: the hotel is a bit far from the city center, so...

"Smooth transitions and spacious room. Breakfast was good and overall an excellent experience. The last time I stayed here was around 2008 when the hotel wasn’t even open. We were fog bound at Sofia airport and had nowhere to stay, only a crippy little B&B that Bulgaria Air offered us. We persuaded the manager to let us stay whilst they were staff training! Great night then and loved it again now 17 years later! "

"The hotel is very close to Sofia Airport, which makes it extremely convenient. The airport shuttle was on time and easy to spot thanks to the hotel logo—though on rainy or muddy days the shuttle can get dirty, making the logo harder to see, so pay close attention. One of the best features is the Metro station, located just about 150 feet to the left of the airport exit glass door.
