"This hotel is fantastic. I appreciate the complimentary parking available for guests. The establishment is tidy and well-kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. When I requested a wine opener, they provided me with a brand-new cork at no cost. The pool is pleasantly warm; despite the outside temperature being 51 degrees, the water felt inviting. "It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers."

"The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. "Incredible stay! Beautifully designed rooms. W head the townhouse which was perfect!! Loved the balcony tub. But be careful I bruised my arm pretty badly on it without realizing because it was truly that comfortable. Upright jetted tub in the bathroom was a super nice touch too! Nice kitchen, great staff, easy parking. Wish I could find something this convenient and cool in other places I travel to. Will definitely stop by on another road trip up the west coast!"
