"The staff were nice, especially the valet and breakfast staff. Our main problem was that we could not see the ocean feom the partial view ocean room we reserved. Our view was of cars parked along the road which blocked the view to the ocean."

"We like the appearance (layout) and location of Hotel Hermosa. When you first enter, you are greeted by a friendly staff member. The lobby is spacious with an open concept design. The outdoor patio/common area is designed to accommodate large gatherings. The pool is cozy, smaller than the average hotel pool, given the space. "My husband and I generally really liked the hotel. It was excellent with the location for a family event and we appreciated being able to walk to the marina, restaurants and beach. We were a little surprised to be given a room not 100 ft from where they jack hammered all day on the Friday we were there. We really could not stay in the room or take an afternoon siesta with all that noise directly outside our room. The rest of the weekend was quiet and fine."
