"The stay was wonderful, just needed to relax. Please advise customer of other fees which they will need to pay. So if using this platform you will need to pay for the sauna and swimming pool and steam room it is not included. Also advise customers they will need to pay a £50 holding fee, which you are told you get back. "

"Hotel was beautifully clean, staff were very helpful Got down to breakfast just gone 10, was told no more hot food would be coming from the kitchen, there was no beans or mushrooms left, for many people that’s wouldn’t of been a problem but as I don’t eat flesh there really wasn’t a great deal more to eat, warmish scrambled egg on toast apart from that was a great stay, oh and the hotel is freezing so take a small heater or hot water bottle "

"Easy to take a shuttle to from Heathrow for an overnight layover. Friendly and easy check in. Nice staff while I hung out in the restaurant/bar area. The hotel was all decked out for Halloween making a cozy atmosphere for a quick stay."
