"Check in/out was easy, breakfast was tasty, room was clean and ready with towels. The only noticeable issue was the ac was a bit loud for my husband. Otherwise we quite happy with our stay"

"Just need better parking"

"Wet nice property"

"The rooms and hotel were very clean. Checking in was a breeze. On day one after a late dinner and so much driving we got back to the hotel and realized that it was that time of the month for our daughter. Dreading having to go out, we went to the front desk hoping they had some feminine products for sale...while they did not. Julius who was managing the front desk that evening went ABOVE and BEYOND! Not only did he track some down for my daughter, he also was kind enough to drop them off at...

"Front desk staff excellent. Room was dirty had to go dollar tree get cleaning supply for tub. 1 wash cloth in the room. Ice machine on floor 5 wasn’t working. Breakfast gave as if the cook was lazy no fruit, cold eggs, no juice of any kind. The place also needs to be remodeled asap."

"This was a good stay. I think staying here is a very good value. My comments are that there was no cold water in my bathroom, it remained warm my whole stay. Annoying but not the end of the world. One hour later the room was still freezing, and I looked at the room thermostat, and it was on air conditioning, so I switched it to heat and...

"The stay was great. Next time we will request an upper floor. The people above us kept us up all night."

"★★★★★ Great overnight stay Stayed one night and it was exactly what I needed. Check-in was quick and easy — the lady at the front desk was very helpful and responsive, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable — slept great. The place is well-kept, and the location made getting in and out simple. For a short stay in the West Chester area, I’d definitely stay here again."
