"I was charged an extra fee by the hotel that was not on the Expedia bill. The hotel staff kept trying to explain to me that it was Expedia's fault. They refused to back it off even after speaking with an Expedia staff member. One staff member said that the fee was already included in my Expedia charge. I got my credit card bill today. They lied. There was a problem at there site, their communication to the guest were signs posted at the registration desk saying no hot water till 12pm and we have to be out before 8 no late checkout and no one was speaking of compensation.
