"The property was dirty, no ice, telephone in room didnt work, lamp didn't work in room, refrigerator didnt work. Staff was very rude . The pictures are false advertisement the property looks nothing like the pictures. I wouldn't recommend or stay here again."

"In the twenty years staying here at this hotel. I had so many issues, our key cards stop working over five times. Even after being told don’t put next our phones. Putting cards in different locations. Still not working. But the worst thing coming from a day of shopping, whoever clean our room, musty body order in our room, that I had complain to the front day. Manager gave us free breakfast.which no vegan options. This hopefully things will improve next time"

"It’s very old, the inner courtyard was better maintained than the room. Not the cleanest but tolerable for short stays. Toilet had an awful brown rust stain. Towels, pillows, microwave and refrigerator were at least 20 years old and not much upkeep on them. All felt and appeared dirty, that was a problem for me! Staff were courteous but scarce. Great location to OC, Sea Isle and walkable to a few convenient stores."
