"This was a great hotel to stay. The front desk was amazingly helpful. The room was very comfortable. This place does not offer free breakfast, unlike many others. They provide a free shuttle to the airport. Do not miss that out if you need to get to the hotel from the airport and back. You need to book online before the trip. Make use of it."
Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel

"Room was clean, bathroom is spacious, shower pressure was very good. The hotel is right across the street from the Oriente station, which is only 3 stops from the airport. A shopping mall is right across the street from the hotel, which has a big supermarket and food court. The hotel is a bit far from the city center where you have to take the red line then change to either green or blue line to get to the city center. So if you plan to visit the city center on a daily basis, this hotel is probably not for you. At breakfast, you can order omelets, there were also pastries, cold ham, turkey ham, hot bacon, scrambled egg and fried eggs, 1 or 2 types of smoothies, a couple types of juice, coffees, a few types of deserts, etc. The amount of selections were not too many but decent. The breakfast was 16.9 euros if you made reservations in advance at the reception desk, 21 euros otherwise. The hotel provided ice water at the lobby which was convenient for us. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the USB and USB-C chargers were not working in my room on both sides of the bed, I had to use the adapters and the charging cube to charge my devices which did the job."

"When you walk it has a hostel feel to it. So initially I was disappointed. When I got to my room I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small, but have everything convience you need. I just had the studio. It has a full kitchen and washing machine/dryer. It was immaculately clean. The restaurants were tremendous. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was really good. There is a High end Whiskey bar on level -3 from 7pm till 1pm, with very cool vibes. Maz was absolutely adorable and attentive at the pool bar. Nelson in the Whiskey bar made the best Old Fashioned yet. There is another cool vibe bar on -3 that opens at 10pm with cool hip hop vibe if you like artist such as Biggie. The front desk staff are always ready to help with a smile. The location is walkable to shopping and the main blvd and many restaurants. Differently highly recommend. It will be my go to whenever in Lisbon. I stayed at the Tivoli previously, though it's fancier, I love the vibe here!"
