"Cool but standard"

"Great location."

"Good value for the room and particularly the location within walking distance of many must sees. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Filipa who was consistently beyond amazing in offering alternative opinions and with a unique and infectious sense of humor."

"This hotel was amazing, super clean, the staff was amazing. I recommend this hotel to everyone."

"This is such a beautiful hotel right by the National palace in Sintra. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the balcony especially in the evening and early morning when the town is quieter. The breakfast was amazing and had a beautiful view of Quinta de Regaleira through the window."

"The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and very close to public transportation."

"Very dated rooms. AC did not work well and ended up having to crack the window in order for the room to cool down. Stayed here one night because it is close to the airport but otherwise would choose differently if staying longer."

"The hotel was well located to the airport. The Executive suite was spacious and comfortable. It had all the amenities. Look for Alfonso’s to eat."
