"We loved the property and amenities. The pool is beautiful and the Jacuzzis relaxing, The apartments are new and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also great. Point of improvement: the wifi, it was not very stable."

"This was the worst all-inclusive resort experience we have ever had. Our Sun Club room was unacceptable upon arrival: hair and urine stains in the bathroom, dirty countertops and furniture, nail clippings, a dusty headboard, stained lamps, a dirty mini-fridge and ice bucket, used coffee cups, garbage under the bed, mold in the bathroom, and AC/water damage. We reported these issues and were promised a deep cleaning, but several problems remained. We ultimately sanitized the room ourselves....
