"Lost power, had no access to water park, whole reason of booking. No towels, shampoo or soap upon arrival. Room was 90+ degrees on arrival. No air on 110 outside. 1 day without power. Never opened pool. Holiday vacation"

"The hotel was dirty, rooms were filthy, towels were hard to come by and stained. Trash in hallways, and lobby. There was no breakfast. The parking lot is in disrepair. The hairdryer did not work, the door safety locks were broken, the phone did not work so if you needed to call the front desk you couldn’t, you had to go downstairs. There is no elevator as an fyi. We got to the hotel and had to wait 20 minutes for someone so we even could check in, pretty sure we woke him up."

"Rooms were very clean along with the main hotel. Pool is small but decent and the gym is nice. Parking was ok and plentiful. Breakfast is simple - bread,bagels, muffins, eggs, sausages, oatmeal and diy waffles. There was always fresh coffee and hot water for tea and hot cocoa. My only con is someone was able to just come in through the front and was acting very erratic and not themselves."

They looked OK and then laying down I saw what looked like barbecue sauce or marinara sauce on the pillow so I’d ask for a new pillowcase, which came promptly. This is more about Expedia complaint, but I bought the insurance in case of a cancellation which I tried to use because my wife is so pregnant. "Parking is free and spots easily found. Breakfast was a downer. We ended up having to go out and buy breakfast nearby. Coffee out of machine not good. Cold cereal, bread products and some fruit and fruit juice available. No yogurt or oatmeal. Ice machine was a plus as it is huge and easily accessible if you needed a small cooler filled up. Hotel could have been better. It really did not have a vibe."

"Negatives (though nitpicky) Elevator was slow, and the sink... Don't get me started lol. I could barely wash my hands it was so close to the edge of the bowl. The cleaning staff came in to our room way too early (8 freakin 30 man) before we were even close to checking out. Positives: Other than that it was a nice place, good breakfast, nice staff. "The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange.
