"I booked this property thru Expedia-DO NOT DO THIS!!! I got to the property and did not have a room which I had already paid for in advance!!! To change the reservation I was charged a LARGE fee and Expedia had false advertising free change/cancellation! They do allow the change but claim TRU charges a fee of so basically my 2 night stay changed to 1 night for same price as 2 nights! It was a legit nightmare. "Hot tub was closed down, then the tub drain in our room was broken. Staff member was very helpful to try to fix it, finally had us move to another room and that room the bathroom sink drain would back up and drain very slowly. Overall place needs some maintenance improvements."

We were on the second floor and the smell of pool chemicals in the hallway was almost unbreathable. A dirty rag was let in the sink. The trash can was left in the middle on the entry way. No body wash in the bathroom. Toilet was so low it was a struggle to use. Ice machine was broken. The breakfast was offered a very short window. They seemed to be understaff. I would never stay...

"Bathrooms were filthy, poop on toilet seat and no toilet paper. Restaurant/bar and breakfast were advertised but the restaurant was closed due to health and safety. Patio was also closed. It’s located just off a freeway and not close to anything. I would strongly advise looking at an alternative hotel. "

"Such a great hotel with what might be the best view you will get in the area. Big beautiful bright windows. I was so impressed with the hotel, I asked if they had just opened. I was shocked when they told me they have been opened for 6 years! It looks, feels, and smells like new. "
